If you would like to take a nutrition class from the comfort of your own home, then you’re in luck! Below are some video classes for purchase, there are even a few for free. General Nutrition
This 30 minute class discusses MyPlate, the nutrition facts label, and food safety. This class is free. Please contact me for a secured link to view the video.
Wellness Class – $20/class or $45 for all three
This is a three part class focusing on wellness. 
Class 1 – This class will focus on overall wellness as well as specifically talking about work-life balance, mindful eating, and complementary, alternative, and integrative health.
Class 2 – This class will focus on physical wellness, specifically talking about how to improve your physical wellness as well as smartphone apps and activity trackers that may help you improve your physical wellness.
Class 3 – This class will focus on wellness at any age, specifically talking about how maintain your nutritional wellness as you age.
