Dr. Kristi Chipman, DCN, MS, RD, LD, FAND

I have been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) for 16 years and love helping people feel better by improving their health.  I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Iowa State University.  I received a Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition (DCN) from the University of North Florida.  My goal is to help others improve their health, whether it be individually, with a group of friends, in a large fitness group, or at a business.

I have been a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly the American Dietetic Association) since 2003, am a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and am a member of the Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitians Association.  I am also a member of Dietetic Practice Groups including Sports & Human Performance Nutrition, Nutrition Entrepreneurs, and Nutrition Educators of Health Professionals.

I have been an athlete all my life.  In high school, I played volleyball and ran track and went on to earn a scholarship to play volleyball in college.  In my free time, I enjoy running 5Ks to half-marathons, playing volleyball, cross-country skiing, kayaking, reading, and crocheting.
